Before you decide
What counts as a conversation?+
One visitor, one back-and-forth session — however many messages it takes. A visitor who asks three questions in a row is one conversation, not three.
What happens if I run out?+
Your assistant stops answering new questions until the period resets, but the widget stays on your site and still collects contact details, so you don’t lose the enquiry. We email you at 80% so it isn’t a surprise, and you can top up with an extra message pack at any point.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan needs no card at all. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — we take card details so it converts smoothly, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes, up or down, at any time. Stripe prorates the difference, and your quota adjusts immediately.
Do you charge per team member?+
No. Seats are included in each plan — 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 30 on Business — and everyone shares the same assistant, inbox and leads.
Are you an agency with several clients?+
There’s a separate agency arrangement: one login managing many client accounts, each under your own brand rather than ours. Get in touch and we’ll set it up.
