How to Add an AI Assistant to Squarespace

Squarespace’s Code Injection feature lets you add an AI assistant in under a minute. Here’s exactly where to paste the code.

First, get your code. Log in to your dashboard → Overview to copy your install code (your unique key is already filled in). The example below uses a placeholder YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY.

Step-by-step

  1. 1In Squarespace, go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
  2. 2Paste your code into the Footer box.
  3. 3Click Save. (Code Injection requires a Business plan or higher.)
